How to Add a Contact
Step 1: In contacts you can create a contact by clicking “New Contact”.

Step 2: You can add basic details like email id, name, gender, designation, mobile number, contact owner, and lead status to create a contact.

Step 3: By clicking the “Import” button you can import customer data and also you can download the data by clicking the “Download Sample Spreadsheet” button.

How to Add a user
Step 1: You can add users by clicking the “New User” button.

Step 2: You can add basic details like email id, name, designation, mobile number, assign role, contacts and click the “Save” button to create a new user .

How to view the overall performance
Step 1: Go to the Sales option.
Step 2: You can view the overall performance of CRM.
