How to add Staffs in Oogyy?


Here you can add the admins, teachers, and other staffs.

Step 2 : Click the option “Create” at the top right corner of the window.

Step 3 :  Then click the option “USER” to add Admins, Teachers and Other staffs.

Step 4 : Click“Add admin” to add a admin.

You can add admins through link or by register manually

You can invite the admin by sharing the invite link through mail or through other social media application.

You can also add admins by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Administrator Manually” to add a admin manually.

Step 2 : Enter the details and click “Save”.

To view the created user,

Step 1 : Click the “LMS” icon.

Step 2 : Then click the option “Users”.

You can view the created users here.

You can edit it by clicking the “Edit” icon.

And you can delete it by clicking the “Delete” icon.

How to add a Teacher.

Step 1 : Click the option “Create”.

Step 2 : Click “User”.

Step 3 : Then click the option “Add teacher”.

Step 4 : You can add teachers through link or by register manually.

You can invite the teacher by sharing the invite link through mail or through other social media application.

You can also add teachers by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Teacher Manually” to add a teacher manually.

Step 2 : Enter the details and click “Save”.

To view the created user,

Step 3 : Select the option “Teachers” from the drop down box.

How to add Other Staffs.

Step 1 : Click the option “Create”.

Step 2 : Then click “User”.

Step 3 : Click “Add Other Staff”.

You can also add Other Staffs by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Staff Manually” to add the staffs manually.

Step 2 : Enter the details and click “Save”.

To view the created staff,

Step 3 : Select the option “Other staffs” from the drop down box.

You can edit it by clicking the “Edit” icon.
