How to add Staffs in Oogyy?

The first quick link in the dashboard is for adding staffs like Admins and Teachers. Here we can invite the Teachers / Staffs via sharing links or by manual addition.

To add Staffs

Step 1 : Click the option “Create”.

Step 2 : Then click the option “Staff” to add Admins, Teachers and Other staffs.

Step 3 : Click “Add admin” to add a admin.

You can add admins through link or by register manually

You can invite the admin by sharing the invite link through mail or through other social media application

You can also add admins by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Administrator Manually” to add a admin manually.

Step 2 : Just enter the details and click “Save”.

You can edit it by clicking the “Edit” icon.

And you can delete it by clicking the “Delete” icon.

To add a Teacher,

Step 1 : Click “Add teacher”.

Step 2 : You can add teachers through link or by register manually

You can invite the teacher by sharing the invite link through mail or through other social media application.

You can also add teachers by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Teacher Manually” to add a teacher manually.

Step 2 : Just enter the details and click “Save”.

You can edit it by clicking the “Edit” icon.

And you can delete it by clicking the “Delete” icon.

How to add Other Staffs.

Step 1 : Click “Add Other Staff”.

You can add staffs through link or by register manually.

You can invite the staffs by sharing the invite link through mail or through other social media application.

You can also add Other Staffs by register manually.

Step 1 : Click the option “Register Staff Manually” to add staffs manually.

Step 2 : Just enter the details and click “Save”.

You can edit it by clicking the “Edit” icon.

And you can delete it by clicking the “Delete” icon.

To view the added staffs details,

Step 1 : Go to “Learning management”.

Step 2 : Click “Staffs”.

You can view the added staffs here.
