Here you can manage payroll, payslips, salary, leave, ID card, and all the employee management-related things of an organization.
Dashboard
Step 1: Click the “HRM” icon from the side drawer.

Step 2: Then click the “Dashboard”.

HRM dashboard contains, the Total employees, Present employees, Resigned employees, and Logged users count at the top right side of the window.

To add an employee.
To add an employee, first, we have to add a leave scheme.
Step 1: Go to “Leave”.

Step 2: Click the option “Setup”.

Step 3: Then click “Leave scheme”.

Step 4: Click “Add new scheme”.

Step 5: After entering the scheme name, date, and leave type. Click the “Add” option.

The leave scheme has been added successfully.
Then we have to grant this leave scheme.
Step 1: Go to “Leave granter”.

Step 2: Click the option “Grant leave”.

Step 3: Enter the details and click the option “Grant”.

Now we are ready to add the employees.
To add an employee.
Step 1: Go to “Dashboard”.

Step 2: Then click “Add an employee”.

Step 3: Click “Add employee”.

Step 4: Enter the details and click “Submit”.
