To reach HRM window,
Step 1: Go to “Academic ERP”
Step 2 : Click “HR Management”.
HRM dashboard contains, the Total employees, Present employees, and Resigned employees count at the top of the window. And also, able to view the employee’s details.
How to Add a Employee.
Step 1 : .Click the “Add employee”
Enter the details and click “Save & Continue”.
Step 2 : Add educational details. Then click “Save & Continue”.
Step 3 : Add work experience details, then click “Save & Continue”
Step 4 : Then add bank details and click “Save & Continue”.
Step 5 : Add pan card details, then click “Save & Continue”.
Step 6 : Finally add salary details and click “Submit”.
The employee has been added successfully.
To view Employee Overview
Step 1 : Go to “Employee”
Step 2 : Click “Overview”. You can view the Total login status, Present employees and New employees at the top of the window.
You can also view the “Employee Head Count” graph and “New Joiners” here.
To view the details of current employees.
Step 1 : Go to “Directory”.
You can export all the details to a excel sheet by clicking the option “Export to Excel”
The details will be viewed in a excel sheet.
By using the “Search” option you can search a employee by entering the employee’s name or employee ID.
You can also “Edit” and “Delete” the employee details.
How to apply a Leave.
Step 1 : Go to “Leave”.
Step 2 : Click “Apply on behalf”.
Step 3 : Select a “Employee” to apply a leave.
Step 4 : Enter the details and click the “Save” option.
Leave applied successfully.
How to accept the leave.
Step 1 : Go to “Leave”.
Step 2 : Click the “Accept” button.
The leave was accepted.
Step 3 : Select the option “Accepted” to view the accepted leaves.
Step 4 : Select the option “Rejected” to view the rejected leaves.
To view the graph of leaves,
Step 1 : Go to “Overview” , you can view the graph of leaves on the basis of Month and Leave type.
You can also view the Confirmed and Rejected leave details just under the graph.
Also, you can grant the leave by clicking the option “Grant leave” at the top right side of the window.
After entering the details, click the “Grant” option at the bottom of the window.
The leave was granted successfully
How to add a Leave Scheme.
Step 1 : Go to “Setup”.
Step 2 : Click “Leave Scheme”.
Step 3 : Then Click the option “Add New Scheme”.
Step 4 : Just enter the details and click the option “Add” at the bottom of the window.
The leave scheme was added successfully
You can also “Delete” and “Edit” the leave scheme by clicking the respective options.
How to add Holidays.
Step 1 : Go to “Setup”,
Step 2 : Click “Add Holidays”.
Step 3 : Then click the option “Add new line” and enter the holiday occasion there.
Step 4 : Select the “Date & Day”.
Step 5 : Click “Save” to add the holiday.
Holiday added successfully. The added holiday will be displayed in Holiday Calendar.
How to view the Holiday Calendar.
Step 1 : Go to “Holiday”.
Step 2 : You can select the month from the “Drop-down box”.
You can view the added holiday here.
How to view the Leave Calendar.
Step 1 : Click the option “Leave Calendar”.
You can view the Leave Calendar here.
You can also use the “Filter” option to view the leave transactions.
You can filter by Last 7 days, 30 days, and 12 months or you can customize the date according to your requirements.
